Yes, I know that NS2+ has that option and I'm already using it. However, some servers don't have NS2+ and others lose their connection to the Workshop sometimes. It is for those moments that I want an "always on AV".

Actually, after having tried it out. It seems that the Always On AV wasn't really what I was looking for. I would like the ability to turn it of as well so I can gawk at the gorgeous levels. Can anyone help?

That AV in particular doesn't mess with the level visuals... so I'm not sure what you want... do you want it reversed? default on? it is possible to do...

I want it to be default on with the ability to turn it off. And yeah, it doesn't really interfere with level visuals, I was more thinking of buildings and custom armour/skins.
Edit: Another way of saying it is that I want it to work just like it does in NS2+ when Default AV State is set to On.

He meant a custom AV.
I think it works for custom AV as well.

Thank you! Just what I was looking for.
