Minimum specs for playing constistently at 60fps?

Just wondering what the recommended specs are to run smoothly at 60 fps
I'm on an old dual core 2.3 GHZ with an ATI 4770, it actually runs fairly decent in the beginning of a round (bearing in mind the 5+ minute load times oooh myyy), but nearing the end of a round it drops close to a slideshow, especially when nearing a base
that said, are there any magical tricks to get more fps? I'm already running at lowest detail in 800x600

I have a 4770k/GTX760 and end-game 22 slot servers, I still drop below 35 FPS. With Multithreading, I stay a big over 43fps.
This is at the lowest, just to get you 60fps.

I went a bit overkill, but this thing can pretty much run anything.
If you want a constant 60FPS, I would recommend an i5 or i7 about 3.5Ghz and overclock it to at least 4Ghz. Get 8-16GB of RAM, a SSD and a half-decent GFX card like a GeForce 770 or an AMD 280 or 285. That will keep you stable and above 60fps constantly.
Also, NS2 uses only 2 GB of RAM, so 4GB should be plenty. That said, RAM is cheap so 8 GB recommended.

Probably small improvements over time, but nothing major atm.
