Non exclusive mode

It would be great to have a launch option for non exclusive full screen mode. Being able to run full screen in non exclusive mode is critical for multi monitors in SLI and in many other configurations such as gsync.

Currently the game arbitrarily limits system compatibility of end users as a result.

Note that this feature is critical for multi monitor support when also running dx11 in game.

What is wrong is that it does not work with SLI or Gsync for example.
