Err, ignore this. solved the issue, was on my end.

    also, it seems to fix it'self at random times, and then start back up again.

    Do not use VSync in any form, and manually turn off mouse acceleration via your windows options and your mouse firmware if you can.

    except if you're using light boost and care about motion blur. I find at 120hz I much prefer VSync fully on and don't get mouse lag. When I switch to a 60Hz monitor, I get huge input lag which isn't present on my 144Hz Asus running at 120hz lightboost.
