    Look at this: http://forums.unknownworlds.com/discussion/131384/how-to-make-a-good-tech-support-post

There is a techsupport.exe in your ns2 install folder which allows you to create the tech_support.zip

DxDiag Previously: Crashed in Direct3D (stage 3)

    DxDiag Notes
DirectX Files Tab: No problems found.
Display Tab 1: The file nv4_disp.dll is not digitally signed, which means that it has not been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL). You may be able to get a WHQL logo'd driver from the hardware manufacturer. Direct3D functionality not available. You should verify that the driver is a final version from the hardware manufacturer.
Sound Tab 1: The file ALCXWDM.SYS is not digitally signed, which means that it has not been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL). You may be able to get a WHQL logo'd driver from the hardware manufacturer.

Yes that CAN be a real problem. A unsigned driver is far far less tested.

Your computer is incapable to run ns2. it is far far FAR to old.

Sorry but your machine is very, very old and below the minimum specs for the game.

    You have:

    Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz (2 CPUs) - circa Q1'04. Yes, that's 2004. Your CPU is now 10 years old.
2046MB RAM - DDR1 or 2, and very little RAM for any modern game.
    NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500 - also circa 2004 - 10 years old.

Essentially, your machine is unable to run any modern game at even lowest detail. It's time to upgrade sir. I would advise you read the minimum specs of games from now on before you purchase.
