i7 2600k at stock clock speed.
Windows 8 (installed yesterday)
16GB Ram
Radeon HD 7850 2GB

Before: the new release I used to get 60fps+ with medium-high graphics settings and MAX resolution. In the ready room I'd get 100+ and 50-60fps in intense fights.

Now: All graphics set to LOW except for the resolution which is still at MAX, I tried DX9 and DX11 and I am getting 30FPS average in the beginning of the game, sometimes it jumps to 50FPS (making things feel jittery). 10 minutes into the game, the FPS is around 10-20fps and it becomes unplayable. I quit the game and cried for 10 minutes.

Can you use fraps to see your actual framerate, and then run techsupport.exe and follow it's instructions, thanks!

writing fps in console is not as accurate as fraps?

I ran techsupport.exe it generated a zip and e-mailed it to tech support.
