Still getting crash after ALT+TAB

I still get the error something like "The game engine has crashed and cannot be recovered" or whatever it is, after using ALT+TAB 2 or 3 times...

This has been present since release, and I have had the issue on 3 separate machines, so I know it's not a configuration problem...

Have you tried to use the "Fullscreen-Windowed" - mode . Fixed problems for me

Only way for you to go is the Windowed mode then. Hopefully the graphic engine update coming sometime (OpenGL and DX 11) will fix this issue.

Just in case you have a AMD Card: try the newest beta driver, following the changelog
Resolved intermittent mouse cursor corruption when rapidly moving the cursor across window borders
    it maybe helps
