Your 520 Graphics chip is very slow, not designed for 2013 Medium to high-end gaming (it's good at internet, older games and Microsoft Office though).

I would suggest a graphics chip upgrade unless you are using a laptop. In which case you're probably stuck. You will need at least a 550Ti or above.

Note Nvidia graphics work like this. XXX is the Model numbers. (X)XX First X is the generation. X(X)X Second X is out of 9 (being highest) how fast it is.

if you run r_stats (in console), it will tell you how long the game is waiting on the GPU each frame. You usually want numbers in the 0-10 range. As this number gets larger (over 20), your fps will get considerably worse.

P.S. You can also try going into your graphics settings and turning all of the following OFF: r_atmospherics, r_bloom, r_shadows, r_fog, r_aa

I did that. doesn't work, I thought the freezing is a bug but it is probably my video card.

I honestly dont even know why they sell those low end cards.. it tricks customers more than anything.. so many people go home thinking they can play their games with it. :-/
Here's a very useful website for video cards: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/index.php

pre-build machines do no favors for pc gaming, most of them cut corners in areas(2 dimm slots vs 4, missing expansion slots, etc). If you got a good PSU in your system you could go out and a Radeon7850 for like $150 or a Geforce 760 for $250. Granted your CPU will bottleneck those cards but its better than what your currently running.

Yep, I might pick up the Radeon7850 soon.
