Hi,

My account name stays green altough I've played over 15hours.

I've recently reformated my Pc, could that be the problem ?

    Just go back in your options settings and have a look at the "rookie mode" setting in general options

    Ignorance of an option doesn't make you an idiot. You we're just lacking information and assumed it was an automated process, which it probably should be *glares at devs* :P
