Every single forum I've ever been on has one. Figured I might as well start one here.
I switch mine in and out regularly, these are the two I'm changing between.

I use Rainmeter and a couple W7 reskins. I have a lot more complicated desktops where I'm replacing my taskbar completely with a desktop interface, but it's not done and isn't designed well yet so it's pretty much the simple variants posted above. So far auto-hiding the taskbar has been sufficient, if a bit annoying. I've been meaning to change my music view on the Giraffe skin, but been lazy.
