Aliens Colonial Marines - Taking Ideas from NS2?

Watch the video in the above link and look at the "Crusher" it seems to serve the same purpose as the Onos.

    many games 'took idea' from other games. just like world of warcraft, take and being took. if the game is actually good and utilizing the system potentials good there is nothing to worry.

    It's official now. NS2 and Alien universes are connected. TSF or TSA are a branch of human goverment just like the Colonial marines. That huge alien crusher we saw in the trailer is the product of an egg implanted in an onos. When the marines see it they are totally like "Oh no". So that proves OP's theory. Maybe I added a little. :D

    No hurry, the next Alien-esque movie won't even have a script. Which might actually be an improvement...

    That "Crusher" presentation looked a lot like the display of the Onos. I would be surprised if they haven't been inspired by NS2. On the other hand NS got wall-walking Aliens too, so it's nothing to get upset by.
