At first i notized that i got a gift from Natural Selection. Second, i was so suprizes that i have instantly activated it on my account, where i got NS2 preordered and already installed. Then I thounght, there is something wrong. When i started the game, there was nothing new and nothing has changed. Well, i didn't mind. But after a while I saw the news on steam, that everyone who has preordered the game, will get a free copy of NS2 as a gift.
Well, this made my day. I wasted a free copy by activating it on my account, where i already purchased it :) , isnt it cool? 20 buggs wasted... And i had no warning or notize of steam that that gift was a 2nd free copy to share with a friend -.-
I haven't gotten mine yet... but then I already have a gift coupon in my Steam Inventory since I gave a game to a friend and asked him to trade the extra invitation he got back to me (since hey, he got a free copy from me). Would that make me unable to receive <i>my</i> gift coupon?
Either way, might still pop-up so I'll wait until tomorrow. I'll leave a reply if I do or don't get the coupon, and it might reassure someone else who's in the same situation as I am.
