Change the colour of the Map Cursor

Hey there, just wanted to drop some feedback that I thought was something very minor that could easily be fixed - I have a hard time tracking the cursor which shows where the player is on the map when you hit "C" - it's the colour yellow which is the same colour as the map background. I figure a better thing would be to make it more noticeable by changing the colour or something. Just a thought. Cheers, T

I agree. I often have to press C a few times until I find the arrows shrinking to my position

yup, i think it needs to contrast and maybe flash a bit more. its really hard to find atm(from the view of a new player anyway).

No matter how long you play sometimes you forget where that part on the map is (happens to me on summit c-lab all the time) so have it orange color for marines since map is blueish and in green since alien map is yellowish. Alternatively put it bright red.

Heh, you guys are lucky you weren't here last build. What we have now is a huge improvement over what it used to be!

Clearer is better though so I do agree the color could be more distinct.

Yea, right before the arrow build I had to move like crazy to spot myself on the map, now we've got the arrow(not sure if I like to see an arrow instead marine/alien icon, but anyway).
But I think around build 170 I didn't have a need in that arrow, somehow it was simple to find out my own location, does anybody by any chance have a screenshot of that old map system?
And maybe we could try something like two perpendicular lines(horizontal and vertical) crossing at one's location?
