    It's not that 212 is coming earlier, it's that 211 has been renumbered to 212.

    I've got 1000 pitchforks and 600 torches, very reasonably priced, but I use valve to ship them out. The shipping ETA is somewhere between 10 minutes and never, is that acceptable?

    I'm puzzled by this though since 211 was only announced finished a couple days ago. Did UWE just decide to take the 2 day delay to sneak in a few more changes to 211 before sending it out? That seems odd considering they never (that I recall) seem willing/able to do hotfixes for bugs between builds. Does Valve charge per update or something?

    No, build 211 simply was re named to 212, due to the switchover to the new system.
