<div class="IPBDescription">I want one, NOW</div>I know the topic of Gorge plushies have been brought up before. I know UWE has their hands full with the game, rightfully so, to be stitching together some plushies, but how many people want a gorge plushie? And is there any fan actually taking this task on themselves?
If I had a sewing machine, I would totally attempt to make a gorge plushie for myself. I would also pay quite a bit for one.
Criteria:
Accurate
Durable
Well hemmed
Size of an average school backpack.

I want to own a gorge plushie like... a spinster wants a cat.

    $5000?!?!?!
    Whats the minimum shipment quantity? Maybe the community can gather some funds together, like Hugh did for the NS2 Beta Tournament.
    I'd be willing to make a donation for some awesome gorge plushies. I think a LOT of people are willing.

    Scott, its not impossible. If you say, pay $25 per unit and get 200 people to order it, you can get $5000.

    When I made a poll before, something around 150 people replied they'd buy it and that's just a thread. If you would get an ad on UWE page, I think this is doable but needs organization.

    Shipping and delivery is the real pita.

    Not to mention they won't expire. So even if you don't sell all of them now, you can wait until the game is released and generates more interest to sell the rest.

    I'm no craftsman, but this project sounds lucrative enough to give it a try at some point. I mean, making a personal gorge plushie out of fabrics. Although finding those neutral... brownish and greenish fabrics will be the biggest challenge, I fear. There's a shop quite nearby which sells different materials - been to there twice and I don't recall seeing anything in gorge colours.

    Can make said people "preorder" them in advance. If not enough preorders or project fails to go through, can always refund.

    Though the question is - NS1 gorge or NS2? IMO NS1 Gorge. Maybe anyone who preorders a plush gorge (if successful) gets to use the NS1 gorge model in game?

    Maybe they can team up with Valve and anyone who preorders a gorge plushie gets a gorge hat in TF2?

    Oh the possibilities (that may or may not happen).

    I always thought of trying to get a soft cuddly gorge toy years ago. And i mean years. Ns1 gorge is my vote too.
    Id prolly pay up to $140 for 1, that includes shipment.

    try <a href="http://www.kickstarter.com/" target="_blank">http://www.kickstarter.com/</a> to get some definite pledges for money. you set how much you need to raise and you either get that amount or everyone gets their money back. great way to secure funding for something like this.
