How do i get a refund?

I cant play anymore I'm really busy with school and work, so i dont see myself playing video games for a while..

is refund limited time only? for example in one year will i be able to get a refund since im a beta customer?

    refund is, as far as we know, unlimited, at least up to the point when the 1.0 release happens.

    Refunds should be for things like "It's not running on my system well enough" or "I expected it released by now".

    Not something like "Oh, I don't have time to play, I wonder if I can get some of my cash back".

    I'm not being mean, but it's not UWE's fault you dont have as much time anymore. The game will still be there when you do have time.

    This, that is just stupid to think so and makes no sense. You could use the same logic on any bought item as well, I bought a house 10 years ago but now I don't want to use it anymore can I have a refund?

    Actually, this really happens IRL in many industries, except people generally prefer to use slightly better reasons like "Your products suck." All companies have to take this into account when setting their prices. It's just a fact of life.
