This is going to be the one the UWE guys are on the most I assume. If that's what you consider main, then sure. Steam will provide a forum I am sure as well.

well, the state of the forums right now is a lot calmer and more civilized than it will be once the alpha, beta, and final get released. it will fill up with noobs in here, but there will still be vets around to give you good advice in here
