Refund?

I'm sorry this game has taken WAY to long it was spose to be out a year ago. I have reasions why I can not be on a computer much longer in the next few months for the next 4+years so I was woundering if I could get a refund do you guys charge the money back on my card or do I need to contact my bank? I need to know who I can talk to about getting a refund for my $40.

    Edit: Or I just noticed the e-mail posted in the above thread actually mentions store@unknownworlds.com, which is probably the preferred means of contact in this case.</strike>

    It appears I didn't read through the thread enough before posting. I would still e-mail store@unknownworlds.com, but I'm guessing you won't be able to do a refund anymore due to Steam.

    Send an email to store@unknownworlds.com with your purchase info and we can get it taken care of. We can still do refunds for now, but it definitely will stop at some point so we don't want to make any promises to people ahead of time.

    So... this whole "can't upgrade" problem is because we're using Steam and it's an extra party that we have to go through to get things done like remove the key from your account and stuffs....
