Starting early to get everyone properly hyped up!
Here we have some trailers.

The Agency looks kind of slow-paced yet arcadey. Not sure how that will work, standing still to shoot seems unappealing.

I can't bend my mind around Space Invaders: Infinity Gene, how do even half of those scenarios play? And why call it Space Invaders?

Not sure about Deus Ex 3 yet, couldn't tell if it was gameplay or pre-rendered.

Necromachina makes me feel really ambivalent. On one hand I'm happy to see 2D gameplay by major companies still alive, on the other it just doesn't look like a lot of fun.

How about you guys, got your eye on any particular things?

I never played the original (or 2) but I think it looks pretty exciting. Seems like more of a movie trailer than a game trailer, though, and I'm having a hard time imagining how the game will play.
Killzone 3 looks pretty, but again, I've never played the others.
The trailer was 100% prerendered.

It's been heavily rumoured by people in the industry that it uses parallax barriers. There's a lot of speculation it'll be Sharp's new 3D screen which is pretty darn nifty and the best available just now.
3DS is the big news for me in general though I'm also looking forward to Scott Pilgrim vs the World the game which looks fun as all heck.
I'm intrigued to see how Move and Natal will do too as I'll no doubt buy both :3
There's plenty of stuff at gametrailers.com and neogaf to check out though.
Ooh! 6 player castlevania intrigues me too (Castlevania: Harmony of Despair) Could be rubbish, could be a great bit of fun. We'll have to see :3
Yeah, here's some shots of it ingame. They look pretty bullshot-y but ever since the early Mirror's Edge/Dirt 2 shots I'll believe anything.
Looking forward to the Scott Pilgrim game and that's about all. Probably'll be my first PSN game.
I heard Deus Ex 2 was just OK. Good, but not as good. Skipped it.
Deus Ex 3 looks shiny, but let's see if they can pull off the magic instead of "you're a cyber warrior, go kill ######".

Force Unleashed 2... after the first game, well, I'm probably not getting this one.

Can't wait to see what characters are in MvC3!... even though I never play fighting games!

New Vegas has interested me ever since I heard of the hardcore mode that requires food and water. Not so much because I'd play it, but that they'd go to such lengths. I guess they really do care!

Never got Crysis but always thought the nanosuit seemed like a really neat idea, so I guess 2 should be fun to watch at the very least.

There's also a leaked italian ad that was taken down that shows a new model of the 360 (the 360 slim as some call it).
http://www.engadget.com/2010/06/13/xbox-36...-by-italian-ad/
Looks like an alienware PC case or something in shiny black :o
Plusgood for getting rid of the creepy foetus name.
Thank you, this is extremely useful!
Suddenly I'm interested in MGS Rising.
~hugs DDR platform~
As for scott pilgrim being a one trick pony, I suspect not. I noticed lots of interesting twists in the boss fights and stuff. I just want a good coop sidescrolling beatemup anyhoo XD
I can't help but think of Kinectimals being a moderately less creepy version of Milo :p
That said, I felt like the Tiger acted more dog-like than cat-like personally.
My 360 recently red-ringed after 3 and a half years with no problems and now they release a brand new shiny one? It's an omen!!! I'll be buying one after pay day XD
Same thing happened with my DS -> DSi. the week before the DSi came out, one of the shoulder buttons on my DS stopped working :p
No sarcasm today...
@LucasArtsy though
GTFO with starcrap and give me Full Throttle...
I was thinking the same thing as I watched it.
I should get michael pachter's job or something :p
Rather surprised how powerful it is though, Kid icarus looked better than even a wii title graphically :o
GTFO with starcrap and give me Full Throttle...

Man, either they gotta stop with the lameo Star Wars stuff and pump out a modern X-Wing Alliance/Tie Fighter deal, or make a Battlefront that didn't suck, or go back to their whimsical crazy crap like Full Throttle.
Also, yay, the footage looks pre-done, and the STar Wars looks like crap.
40k MMO also looks interesting, definitly going to be following that one.
New ghost recon.. hmm I might get it for xbox, one thing I hate is these "cover" systems people think improve games. What ever happenend to crouch + lean?
Twisted Metal looks pretty decent, never played the first one but peepz i know said when it came out it was the best, and is still pretty good.
What else was there? hmm.. oh Dead Space 2 looks awesome, the first was so atmospheric and well made I have to get it!
Valve surprise was lolworthy, if you listened closely to Gabe, you would have heard him say "This will be the best Portal game ever released on consoles." Excited for Portal 2 anyway!!
re: the old republic: I'd love a great star wars MMO as much as the next guy, but someone recently brought up a good point. Bioware can't balance a game for crap. All their games are awesome, but they're also filled half with overpowered abilities and items, and half with useless ones. That spells trouble for an MMO. Let's hope that's not a good prediction.
