FIOS users can't post off-topic
It is now against FIOS <a href="http://tech.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=09/12/01/1743252" target="_blank">Acceptable Use Policy</a> to post off-topic posts on message boards.

Better yet, why?
O_o
I want someone to get kicked off their service now, just so they can counter-claim and use this line in court.
Also, what is a FIOS.
I am also unfamiliar with what a FIOS is.
And FIOS == American Fiber internets from verizon. It's cheap and fast.
That's for internet TV and Phone. Around here it is normal prices (painful, ain't it?)
However just the internet is generally cheaper than just cable internet, and is faster (based on adds). What the actual speeds are I have no clue, if you care you can check dslreports.com
Kouji:
The line is simply so that when Charlie goes "A person at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx has been spamming my forum non stop with CP adds, please deal with it" they legally can.
I wonder if anyone has actually been banned based on this fine print.
"I'm sorry, Mrs. Jones, but we're going to have to revoke your internet service. User 'm4s73rCh1eF_666' was quoted as saying 'l2p u assclown' on the Halo forums, and it came from your IP address."
"Yeah well the little ###### deserved it, I regret nothing!"
I LIKE TURTLES.
Like if someone on that service said something off topic, and I sent a complaint to the company, on what grounds could they refuse to take action?

That wasn't THAT hard, was it?
This is seriously a non issue. go read through other contracts/EULAs they all have random crazy BS in them.
What if you post on-topic in off-topic? Wouldn't that be off-topic? (And thus be on-topic...oO)
The only way to post Off-Topic in Off-Topic is to post No-Topic.
Only on clorfs.
yah, that's why I shouldn't post when I'm this tired.
I SWEAR it said lork.
(This thread is going more and more off topic. Are we doing this on purpose?)
The very last man to be killed during construction of the Hover Dam died 13 years to the day after the very first man to be killed on the project, who was his father.
