From that ss it looks like a distinct artstyle. The outdoor leafy environments add a lot more than I would have thought. I guess it's just the concept art that looks like TF2 to me.
Looks like a really cool and fun game. I'd agree that they look as though they'd walk awkward - the stiff back with an upright posture gives that away. Hopefully they change it so that the motions look a bit more natural.
The art style seems blockier than TF2, which looks to focus more on fluidity and heavy caricature. They're both as different as two different cartoon styles can get in a video game.

Hey man, not cool. Some of my best friends are Romanian. What do you have against Romania? Are you saying they don't know how to work computers or something? Or that British people are better than Romanians? Does Britain deserve more money than Romania?

I'm saying that closing an ENTIRE office of people without saying why, and then those employees later finding out why it was, is a horrible way to treat your employees. If a company really wanted to outsource, it could at least announce the timetable to the employees in advance so they have time to secure new employment in time for the closure, so they don't spend money that they don't know they don't have, so they don't make plans they later have to cancel... generally, so they're not treated like human beings, not like expendable business tools.
I don't have anything against Romanians, I have everything against how EA are rumoured to have dealt with the situation. If what I've heard is true, many dedicated employees -who had been given every reason to feel secure in their jobs following consecutive contract renewals and good performance reports- have simply been axed because labour is cheaper in Romania. This makes good business sense, especially when you consider the strength of the pound versus the Euro and the higher cost of living and property prices in the UK, but it doesn't do much in terms of damage limitation on the already tarnished name that is Electronic Arts.

I find 2142 more fun that BF2 <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />
2142 is alright.... the vehicles are are so dumbed down though. The airplane thing takes no skill to fly, it's worse then the banshee in halo. And who's idea was it to make the support machine-gun become MORE accurate as it fires?
Really, I basically quit playing the game normally and just used knife + cloaking device. Guns are for ######.

Never really liked the battlefield games. Or any "Realistic" Military shooter for that matter, so I doubt I'll bother with this conveniently-similar-to-TF2 game. Even if it is free, I'd rather play Warsow if I had to play a free game.
