nope, it's not DnD based at all (as far as I know) - this game was purely a strategy game/sim. One hint: the game had a pretty uninspired/non-creative name. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/nerd-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::nerdy::" border="0" alt="nerd-fix.gif" />

it is an AWESOME Japanese flick
and I can't remember the name for the life of me.
Plot basically consists of a VR game that has become a way of life for many people. As you do well you get $$. The main character (pictured) is one of the best players. Eventually there is a hunt going on for some strange things happening in the game (the ghost iirc).
All in all, awesome movie.
Btw, that is all CGI, not really heavy post processing.
Btw, I found Avalon by googeling "movies based around video games", which got me <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_films_based_on_video_games" target="_blank">This</a> Wiki article, and from there we had it <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />

it doesn't really matter if it was wrong - it's only fun if the game progresses, not stalls for days at a time.
