Hive mind waypoints

Rines have a commander to give them waypoints and get them organized, so their command structure is centralized. Since aliens are supposed to be a collective connected to each other through the hive mind, I thought this idea might work:
Enable any alien player to give waypoints to their teamates. This could be done by pressing a key when they are at the desired location or setting something on the map. The point could then show up on hive site/minimap of all the other alien players. It would be a way of getting the team organized without having them too much like the marines.
To make sure things don't get confusing you could tag the waypoint with the name of the person who dropped it so you know what's going on there. They'd also have to be very temporary so as not to clog things up. I think it might help noobs, or people who are new to a map, navigate as alien. This might even be something that could be added to current NS.

maybe some sort of spray that aliens could spray on objects. to mark them.

On another note, alien only spraypaints would be quite fun. As a matter of fact marine only spray paints could also have its use. But then again I also remember a suggestion about something like this spraypaint idea...
I think its unnecessary. Good alien teams already work together with voice chat and names of locations. Bad alien teams wouldn't follow to waypoints.

I think it could have its uses. Its easy to miss some important info someone has just given if they aren't using a mic and you are in the heat of battle. Waypoints would provide a more permanant reminder of where you are supposed to be.

yeha kinda, but for anything, not just objects...
also, maybe have several different colors to choose from.
