Personally, I think the model needs slight improvements on the animations (since it's very static) but overall it's great and combined with the sound it really rocks when playing NS.

    i downloaded this and there are faces missing from the mesh, and the animations need serious work too, but gj reguardless

    I agree - it looks very static. At the very least it needs firing anims. Other than that though it looks great. Good job.

    edit: It'd also be nice to see the ammo readout on the v_model too. Just blank LEDs like in the p and w models would look great.

    Nah, actually I like the original one Duo Maxwell included. The one from AvsP2. Sounds more like the one from the movies than the one you posted.

    Why do all people like that horrible Pulse Rifle sound from AvP2?
    I didn't buy AvP2 because of this!

    As for the model, yes its very very static almost lifeless in the animations.

    I'd use it, but too low quality. I can't stand any low quality sounds as my headphones are smacked up and every low quality sound that sounds alright on my speakers sounds HORRIBLE on my headphones (no offense)

    I still prefer the sound from AvP1
    I attached it to this post, fits the LMG quite well imho.
    I used the Minigun sound from AvP for the HMG

    well i aint played avp2, so i cant really comment on the annimation of the gun, but even as it is it is still better than the original ns one,

    Though if u want to make the gun complete, can u also change the following, the Picture at the top right of the screen whn u have killed an alien, is still of the original ns lmg, so that kinda sucks <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Also a nice minigun for the hmg would rock, imho, any way my 2 pennies worth, great job keep it up

    Feel free. Did you fix the reload? Im going to put the CS pulse rifle on your animations (as long as its ok w/u) so i wondered.

    Nice model, but the animations seriously need work. A firing animation would be nice, and maybe make the reload more visible (like it is flipped up so we can see the back of the gun).
