<div class="IPBDescription">What is everyone using!</div> I've been out of the scene for a long while but have started playing NS again recently... but I don't know what the latest and greatest models, sprites, sounds, etc are! Last time I was here was before the SushiFX drama went down, but his stuff was very nice.
So what are the latest well-made high-poly easy-to-see models everyone is using?!

I use a TSA knife, high poly pistol, high poly ip, lotus spit sprite, Marr's Marine Vox Pack, that nice crosshair pack which has the devour crosshair (very nice), and other updated and good looking waypoint and commander sprites.

I starting playing it as a random fun thing, just messing about not really trying to do anything..
I cba to model anything related to NS anymore as hardly anything gets done. Yeah it would be nice for a big injection of people..
Have you ever tryed to uvmap your models?
i would have to agree that starting to model actual decent things would be a nice start to my career its just that at the moment i dont have any motivation to do it with.
Also yes i have tried to UVmap my own models but to no avail

That going to change alot of things, i can't wait to see the changes.
Back in the good ol days, skulks didnt bounce of TF's 200 meters into the sky...
There are very few people who can model, animate, mmesh, and skin to a high level, it takes a collaboration to make good models - in most cases.
and some people might just be too busy to be able to work with someone else, neway... school ends soon, so people will have LOADS of time, so we might see some stuff happening
Light Armor: Nottingham's "USMC Steel Division"
Heavy Armor: Obst's Jin Roh Heavy
LMG: Jaegers morita with holosight
Pistol: Seburo Compact
Command Chair: Urban Camouflage
Skulk: Se's tiger striped skulk (less "moss on back" look, more coolness)
Other than that, I'm stock...
Of course, I've got <a href='http://65.75.137.180/burncycle/wip/wip.html' target='_blank'>one or two</a> models waiting to be finished. Unfortunately nobody wants to mesh them

As for shotguns and hmg's, theres just no good models with skins that I can do, the only shotgun I can find dosent like to compile without going 'OH MY GOD FACES EVERYWHERE, MAKE MILKSHAPE CRASH IN 3, 2, 1!!!!' due to some compile bug that I cant figure out. If brigaider would like to give me the shotgun he's been working on, i'd be glad to finish it. I should finish the minigun i've been working on, but I never feel like doing a reload animation.
