Now that I researched it a little bit Bullethead... <a href='http://www.stardestroyer.net/Empire/index.html' target='_blank'>this</a> website claims that all but the voyager higly modified federation ship could be pwned by a regular SD, and that a SSD would be an even fight for voyager.
There isn't anything comparable on the Trekkie side for a Death Star, so... can't compare it.

You need to find unbiased ones and then compare Technical specifications
And with Geordi at Engineering, Worf at Tactical, Picard as Captain, Riker at #1, and Data as Chief Science Officer, I HIGHLY doubt the SSD would get too many shots off before Q and Photon torps popped off most of it's turrets

No, they were not biased and when you get into technical speficiations they all cite the SD has more fire power then any basic federation ship, including Enterprise-E. Not to say E isn't awesome, but voyager pwnzors E without even trying.
