Disco... I'd love to play but I can never tell when the servers are merely full or up. The errors seem to be the same either way and I've not been able to log on for at least a week or something now :/
I'll keep on trying every now and then though; it's lots of fun ^^
My friend on another game who plays Gunz advises you ignore both error messages,and persist with the login techinque. It's not the 1st time I've done that with a beta game. (I really hope it isn't as crap as the Specialists,which my friend drew reference to)

depends who you play with I guess... the forums are cringeworthy admittedly but ingame everyone's actually been pretty nice and friendly. Then again considering how much I talk maybe they're less grouchy with me or something? :o

The key to this game is finding some good people to play with with low ping and some honor. Assasin mode is also really good for exp/bounty, plus it's team oriented and so it's muuuch more fun.
sorry if I'm the sort of player some of you hate (the vulture) ;P to be fair, I only play that way in vanilla deathmatch... I mean, kills are the objective, aren't they? first to 30 wins? if someone challenges me to a duel, or if it's a duel-based room, I duel :>
as for the logon thing... I'm glad to see there'll be more servers this week, but honestly, I don't usually have TOO much trouble getting on. takes maybe 1 to 5 minutes of hitting enter, server 2 usually being easier than server 1 but I switch off.

Sometimes it's impossible for me to get on. Normally if I don't get in in the first 20 tries I won't get in at all. Go figure.
The vulture strategy is damn annoying when other people do it to me, but I do realize it is a very effective strategy for gaining exp. I just don't like it occuring when I'm playing with good players and I bring a guy down to almost nothing and someone else comes along and steals the kill.
anyone have an NS guild/clan thing? what level do you have to be to make one?

I got my lvl 18 rifle and I gotta say, lvl 13 uzis + lvl 18 rifle = instawin =P I ditched my swords for this combo and the kills just roll in. I may add a dagger at some point, if I can find the weight for it.

So,why should I bother when it seems to play like much-resented HL-mod; the Specialists? Or is there a trick to get this NAT config bull on?
Can't say I've played specialists but I can't imagine any HL mod being anywhere near this caliber, not to mention that the results of each match have a lasting effect on your character allowing you to buy new armour (clothes) and upgrade your weapons :p
Um... not to be rude suitepee but I and many others on these boards rarely have technical problems with Korean or otherwise games, yet I notice you always seem to. Perhaps it's time you sat and worked out your network connections properly and tuned your PC up? :/

Okay well, since everyone is complaining here is why... They have no life, so they log on and on the gunz forums is called "parking" is what they do. They host a game and password it so they can stay on as long as they want and can go sleep and crap.. so they are on 24/7 and people can never get in. However, there are supposed to be 2 new severs going up (total of 4) on friday the 17th, as said by the game designers.

Just for the heck of it, here's some advanced tips for gunz melee to build on what red told you!!! :D
- Slashing while jumping doesn't lock you in place while the animation plays. The importance of this fact while fighting someone who's using a gun or fighting multiple opponents in a sword only match can't be emphasised enough! In both those situations, stopping to swing is suicide so jump and slash to keep yourself on the move while getting the hits in :3
- If someone is blocking use the 2ndary attack; it cuts right through it without stunning you or giving them a chargeup attack and regardless of whether they recover from it or not they're usually not fast enough to get their block up again in time if you charge right into them :3
- If you're fighting someone near a pit, you can use the 2ndary attack to knock them into it and you <b>will</b> get credit for it most of the time :p

Aparently elemental swords were NOT cash items in Korea (if they will be in international is not known)
The pay plan for international is NOT known yet (so it might not be cash shop run unfortunatly)
Also, Winter jacket and gloves have been unglitched.
