Poll: Which Team U Think Is More Powerful In Ns3f?

You can vote and tell the reasons:
1. Marines
2. Aliens

I personally think ALIENS are overpowered in NS 3.0 Final because they have so many advantages:
Aliens:
1/ Free upgrades: In large game, they get 3 mcs, scs or dcs first in no time and EVERY alien get upgrade for free. It's harder now to kill a clerity, slience, cara, cloaking or focus skulk. Ex, adrenaline lerk in the vent is so annoying now...
2/ Flash light: It owns rines in darkmap for sure
3/ SC with free scent of free: It's impossible now to ninja a pg with SC everywhere.
4/ Seiges no longer kill aliens: I have no problem with this <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
5/ Passive regen: 2% hp per second but still useful for aliens
6/ I'm not sure but it seems like aliens can upgrade so fast? (2 seconds ??)
7/ Fade can blink off ladder: Just another advantage, I have no problem with this : )
8/ Acid rocket damage increased: Damn it, HA train with 3 hives doesnt work anymore. Fades can just keep a distance and AR spam.
9/ Gestating to skulk is free: It's alright. NO big deal.
10/ You can cloak 10% while you run: This one is BS <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/mad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> Please make it 20% at least.
11/ Bile Bomb range increased 15%: Oh god, GL that gorge in the vent.
12/ Ocs kill rines over structures: That's good for aliens.
13/ Knife knockback has been removed: No more knifing an onos, you're dead man <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Rines:
What did they make rines better except catalyst cost reduced to 3 res, scan enery is 20 and turrets shoot aliens instead of aliens structures?
1/ PG delay 0.8 second between rines so PG + BEACON = Happy Meal for skulks
2/ A build restriction radius of 16,50 units around marines: "Mr. X, can you please move out the way so I can drop the RT?"
Thats all I can think for now. How about you?

Read the name of the forum: "General Competetive Discussion". This has nothing to do with public servers.
Especially with the 0 res cost for upgrades, aliens own all, and completely annihilate the marines if they have a good fade.
I actually like this, because it really forces the marines to be an elite team to win, not just a bunch of dopey F-Troop rejects. Also, for whatever reason, it just feels right that the aliens should win. I guess it might be that it contributes to atmosphere, or because I like the challenge while commanding, or maybe it's just my old StarCraft instincts kicking in.

Need I explain why?
Everyone is trying to win marines with strats that worked in pre3.0F. Come up with some new strats and you'll see it much more balanced. WHY THE HECK YOU WANT TO PLAY AN UNBALANCED GAME?
How about an onos costs 10 res? You love that, don't you?
....this post makes negative sense.
If marines 1)stick together, 2)figure out what chamber the aliens go first (and the com adjusts the upgrade order accordingly), and 3)keep pressure on alien's res and hives, (and maybe, the most annoying com strategy I encounter as an alien, 4) Electrifying all nodes early in the game *cough*newborn) it's not unbalanced.
People are just mad at the fact that it's harder to ninja in 3.0f than it was in the previous versions. By the time you get that phase gate up, a large portion of the alien team is going to be on top of you (if they're paying attention at least) and, with a .8 second delay between phases, your team will get slaughtered the minute they phase through
Of course i'm speaking in generalizations. An undefended hive is an easy kill during the midgame.
When i'm an alien, i'm always surprised at how fast the marines can shottie down a hive.
"Our hive is under attack" and in no more than 5 seconds, it's dead.
Marines still have teeth.... err... guns..
It's always been hard to hit the 2nd hive... well... since I play on FF servers and normally push for MC first.
Offtopic- I wish parasite did enough damage to flash the hive for MCs...
In the case of a perfectly balanced game (could such a fabrication ever exist), human error would be the only advantage one would need. No matter how fair and equal the two sides of a competition are, the players are nowhere near representive of this balance.
And human error doesn't make it fun. Human error is what gets you called a noob com in-game. Damn, that sounds like a blast.
And Kevin, that was stupid. Very, very stupid. A 10 res onos would be retarded, in every sense of the word.
That's why imbalanced games are retarded.
