Brass is a nickname for ejected bullet casings. They're usually made of brass. They're whats left in the chamber of a weapon after the bullet has been fired. There is usually some sort of ejection mechanism that gets rid of the casing to make way for a fresh round.
there can't a command. the model works as one unit, that's like asking to have the scope removed from the lmg without editing the model file. it can't be done.

Right gun models have nothing to do with the brass or the sound. I know cl_bulletejects "0" works in dod but i can't seem to find what works for NS <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

go find another model?
To get rid of the sound, replace the sound with a blank sound.
Except brass isn't a part of the model file.
