Whoops, you need TFT? Drat. Perchance it IS time to borrow my friend's WC3 so I can install that and then buy TFT to install that then find my Starcraft CDs so I can install this when it is finished so I can play it once and decide it's just Starcraft all over again.

yknow, blizzard isn't exactly selling many copies of starcraft these days, especially not to people who own warcraft 3. Why don't they make this an official free add on?

Fantastic Idea! Especially since the whereabouts of my SC and BW CDs and unknown to me. Would increase revenue for War3 if you got a whole new (for some anyway) Sci-Fi game with it.

You know...
When I first heard of this, I was excited and thought that it was going to be something totally awesome that you just have to play.
But then I realized, that it is exactly what it's supposed to be. A port. The gameplay won't change at all, unlike hl->hl2 ports which at least get to toy around with physics. So there's really nothing to it except a graphics update... like buying a new card...

I loved it. Hopefully since its got WCIII with it now, we can see some trees and forest settings to fight in. I'm looking foward to this game extensively.

My sources say Starcraft 2 will come after that. It's gonna be a while.

....Strange. I've heard from an official from Blizzard that they don't have ANY plans to develop SC2 few years ago. Maybe they changed their mind since then?? lol

Actually SC on WC3 will be a lot better. Less buggier, a lot better, good graphics. I can't wait for this. BTW any of you would want to leave your wc3 TFT account name and server (Uswest or useast or so)? No, it would be like making a better model of the CS AK-47, then releasing it for evreyone to play with. Sure, it still shoots the same and all that, but it's prettier graphics for nothing.

If you don't already <i>have</i> Brood War and The Frozen Throne, it's quite possible that you're not the kind of person that would play Starcraft, so you wouldn't care at all.
