This seems to be a tough concept to grasp for some people... But most larger companies have numerous teams working within them. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

It was a joke. I know quite well that WoW has its own separate team. Just figured I'd take the opportunity to make a dig at the lack of patches and fixes for some glaring errors.

Ah, fair enough. I'll go hide in the corner and cry for my insolence, then. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Like? I've failed to notice any, other than the need of the lag cleanup.

There are some pretty serious class-specific bugs... rogue stealth attack abilities like cheap shot and ambush will sometimes fail to give combo points (which rogues depend on entirely), hunter's aspect of the hawk detracts from attack power instead of increasing it if you log off and back on while it is active, warlock high level pets must be enslaved, but the enslave can be easily dispelled and the pet can be "tapped" so that the warlock cannot enslave it again (so then you have a doomguard/infernal + enemy player both pounding you), mage arcane missiles occasionally fails to work but still takes mana, sometimes multiple times in a row, talents that increase the effects of buffs don't properly update the icons displayed next to the minimap, and many more. Warlocks alone have a multiple page list of bugs and flaws.
I understand that they were hit at release by a lot more people than they expected, but it's not like it came out of nowhere. Even the "open beta" had a limited number of keys available which were snapped up in days, quite obviously there was never a proper stress test and there hasn't been enough attention to bugfixing. Not to mention the fact that after each patch people have to start a forum thread that lists all the undocumented changes because Blizzard can't be bothered to create a proper changelog for some reason.
That being said, when I actually play the game, it's a blast. Running into bugs and being stonewalled by the community reps really mars the experience though.

I have a great idea. Let's all quote the entirety last post before us, because people really need to be reminded of what they just read 5 seconds ago when trying to figure out what someone's replying to.
What can I say? It was an abridged list. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
