Not at all sir. Just because I couldn't understand a string of swear words in japanese, or mandarin, or swahili, doesn't mean that people should be free to post it on these forums. We have standards about the kind of words you can use here, and in order to uphold those standards we need to be able to understand what kind of words you are using. If we allowed posts in cherokee and cyrillic, we'd never be able to effectively moderate the forums. Prejudice has nothing to do with it, it's simply a matter of keeping the boards clean.

Is the only issue with swearing?
Well, the number of people able to read it <= the number of people who will be offended.
Still, you have an equally valid point, and I have to write in english anyway, so I'll agree. (Again. I'm too easily persuaded. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->)
These are English boards after all.

It's descrimination by national sign. Isn't it? it's OFF-TOPIC isn't it?
Maybe I'm wrong?! Russin people want to communication in this forum!!!
Используйте website babelfish.com Оно переведет от русского к английской языку и задней части. Я не говорю русского но я использовал это webpage для того чтобы перевести его для меня.
If you want a Russian NS comunity, start one. Otherwise find somewhere that you can abide by the rules. Rather simple isnt it?

It's not simply swearing, it's any number of things. You may be telling sick jokes. You may be talking about warez. You may be doing drug deals. You may be plotting sedition. You may be insulting my mummy. I don't know, because I can't read your post. My language skills are limited primarily to english, with a general understanding of german, a smattering of hebrew, and a pinch of spanish from a long long time ago. There's no way around it. We're not going to find a moderator who can speak all of the hundreds of languages spoken on this earth. The forums are limited to english, because that is the language that the majority of the users speak, and it's also the language that is accepted around the world as a common ground for interlingual communications. (It may not be the best choice, but that's a topic for another thread -- feel free to start it if you wish)
maybe you could learn the language? english is pretty darn popular world-wide, and a free website that gives you access to english conversations would be very handy for learning it. i wish i had similar for any language ive studied!
As Bob has said, it's nothing against anybody or their language, its just an attempt to regulate content of the board. The same rules that apply to english language posts should apply to all posts, the problem is there's no way the moderators here could enforce the rules if they have no idea what the message says. For all we know you could be posting porn, warez, and instructions for building a bomb. This is a lunatic worst-case view of course, but it shows the point.
Also, the head admin of this forum is German, so I doubt he'll give you much slack in this regard either...
your dam right there!

That's legible, and if you practice you'll eventually get better with it so that you wont need a dictionary quite so much. Up until that "suxx" part. I'm not sure what's up with that...
Or, as stated before, you could just create a new Russian NS forum somewhere. Throw it up there and I'll go try to practice my Russian over there.
Who wants to go translate every post you make? I doubt you want to bother translating our posts, but 1 person is not greater than the rest of the forum.
now that was danish and you understand that do you? i doubt many will and nor will many understand your russian so please go to a russian forum if you cant english

I'm going to have a go at working out what you mean by this... I have two theories, I'll post the most likely one first.
Theory 1: (With regards to your clan and matches)
<!--QuoteBegin--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->We have a commander (team/clan?) and have practiced for a year... we wish to play against commanders (teams/clans?) from other countries in "friendly" matches to test our abilities.<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Theory 2 is almost the same... except you wish to practice by playing under other commanders.

-> [_]Sadist
-----
Could you clarify what you mean by "TP"?
<!--QuoteBegin-Sadist+--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> (Sadist)</td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->you can soak with the billets of site???<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
I'm afraid you'll have to try that one again... I can't begin to work out what that means.
-----
For unranked friendly games you could probably arrange "TP's" on IRC, many teams have rooms where members stay and a challenge can be made... however you will have difficulty speaking to them there as well, so it may be hard to arrange a game.
You could also visit the forum of a team you want to play against, leave a message there in the best english you can and they may be able to arrange a game.
I have tried to keep this post simple as possible to help you.
-> to forum members: can anyone suggest such a league to them?
I'm sorry, it is difficult to understand.
You wish to be "hosted"? To have a place on the forum (or website) of your own?
Usually the creator or other members of the community would provide money for which to support the website hosting, depending on the website popularity you may be able to take donations or put up advertising to fund it later. Until there there are a few places which will host a website for free, you can probably find them on <a href='http://www.google.ru/' target='_blank'>google</a>. Before that though have a look to see if any russian NS forums already exist, you may be able to join those instead.
(sorry guys, it just says "language to language converter" babblefished)
