1. What is xenocides damage?
2. Whats the range both on Y and x-axis
3. What level is best to xeno (mostly waist level is prefered...)

As a rine, try putting a building between you and the skulks and simply crouch behind it when they rush.
4. depending on how close you can kill a rine with 100hp with 0 AP to 10 AP or nearer to those statistics..
I'm sure there was a NS damage calculator somewhere....now where was it..

Sometimes it does zero damage when exploding too close to a marine.
(*200-0, depends how close you are)

If you go into a server with a plugin that lets you see the damage, you'll see why this doesn't work. As a fade you do 80 damage with swipe and you'd expect to do 160 with focus right?
Well, if you have the plugin, you'll see that focus adds 99% damage at lvl3, not 100% because each level adds 33% (i think). So, you'll see 159.8 damage done.
At least this is what I remember, I could be wrong.

The real purpose of xeno is to soften up marines, rather like gas but effective against HA, disorienting, and deals damage all at once. Just because you didn't get a kill doesn't mean you weren't useful. Stripping armor without giving rfk or experiance is a good use for skulks.
Try sending a xeno skulk or two in before a big rush. The rines will be damaged, and probably try to hump the armory for health or be reloading when you send the fades/onos in.
The bug where marines will get pushed, but not damaged, when they're protected from a xeno blast (like thru a wall/building) is still around, btw.
