Nah, i'll wait for the Half-Life Collectors Edition Box Set. If I ever need to re-install Half-Life 2 or CS:Source, i'd rather have the discs handy than reply on the Steam network.
And the fact that the Steam source code has been released on several "less-than-official" forums and websites also makes me reluctant to input my credit card details. Valve have my Yahoo email address for a very good reason. HL2 will be made available when it hits retail stores; that was part of Valve's agreement with Vivendi. The one date I've heard for that is Nov. 26th.

Personally, I'm going to be getting Silver; I want HL:Source, and Silver is the only way to get it without going $90-whole-hog.

The Silver package also contains CS:CZ in addition to CS:S, DOD:S, and HL:S. This caught me off guard, but I'm rather pleased about it. Unfortunately, my greedy desire to download all of my new games at the same time has slowed me down a bit, so it might be an hour or so before I can actually play CS:S.
