I can't really think of a single criticism. Some have had issues with the film's pacing - lack of comedy near the end, etc, but with the situation the cast are in at that point, funnies wouldn't mix properly anyway! This is coming from the fingers of a Pegg (Shaun) and Frost (Ed) fangirl though, so I'm happy to say it's one of my favourite films ever.
"Kill the Queen!"
The cast are brilliant. Simon Pegg, Nick Frost (isn't he popular enough to get into more work without Pegg by his side?), Bill Nighy, Lucy Davis (swoon!) - they're all ace! It would've been nice if Jessica Stevenson got more involved and if Matt Lucas had actually said anything. And Martin Freeman, why hasn't he got more work? He made The Office. Except for Ricky Gervais, Mackenzie Crook, Lucy Davis (swoon!), big Dave.. Man, Britcom is ace!
"Have a sit down?"
All fans of Shaun of the Dead must buy Spaced on DVD. You will thank me, because SOTD is basically a 90 minute version of Spaced with a bit more violence and swears. Also, Spaced has Brian!

Then you've got to buy Big Train for more Pegg and Brian (can't remember his proper name).

I'd say Daisy is really quite attractive in Series 2 of Spaced.

Spaced and Shaun of the Dead are Goddamn spectacular, but I do pity the non-English who might not be able to appreciate its glory fully.
The director Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Peter Serafinowicz, Jessica Stephenson and all the others... I love them all.
And yeah, after most of the excess weight is shed post-Series 1, Jessica Stephenson is very attractive, yet in a weird way.

Haha yeah that's some awesome referencing right there. I went and saw SOTD with like 20 people last night (which the first time I've seen it.....honest....) and when Ed said that line half us just broke out screaming "You're IGNORANT!" and "But Jonny has the keys!" It truly is an awesome film, I especially enjoyed the music on the ending credits (in case you didn't check, eventually it starts playing the mall music from the origional DoTD, which is awesome).
It's not Hip Hop, it's electro.
