<div class="IPBDescription">How did he do it?</div> I went on some random low ping server and I meet this guy... he was frightfully accurate with his guns when I played aliens, so next round i went into spec mode to observe his behavior. He joins aliens and the first thing he did was twitch up and jerk his mouse down&right and back to start a bhop. And he wasn't particular great at assaulting, slightly under 1:1, although the only reason he got the kills because the speed bonus. Thing is, he repeated the bhop startup in the near exact same position in the exact same way.
Then he went fade, and as soon as it seemed he got the 3rd ability, he was constantly blink/meta/swipe. In fact I couldn't even see the switch to the meta because he ended up in swipe, but I knew he was using it because his energy barely dropped. I ask whether he's using scripts and of course he says no. I persist that he is doing his techinque at an inhumany rate, but he retorts "quickswitch".... I know quickswitch only cycle through 2 weapons, and declared that, but got no further comment, nor did anyone else mind.
So how this person able to bhop and blink/meta/swipe so perfectly, with no delay?

Anyone can do it with a little practice.

Not that hard to do just takes some time and practice.
I myself have hud_fastswitch set to 1, but like I said, he constantly switched blink/meta/swipe even when not in combat. He was already in swipe mode before mid-flight.... can any of you do that? I have hard enough time blinking/meta/blinking alone. Could you guys manage that for every blink? Or more practice on my part?
And yes, to repeat what these two said, it is easy. It's easier than say sitting down! OMG

Just as long as you have Blink/Meta/Swipe engraved into your head (like me when using lerks I always do 3 flaps then glide) then you'll be able to do the same.
It just has to become a natural habit for you. Besides, I used to do the same but I played too much lerk and lost the Fading habit <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
(Let's assume that the blink isn't a crazy hyper-active jump that could make u leap over the walkway in viaduct- its just a short one that puts u in the air for half a second)

I know that when I fade I constantly switch between swipe and blink... pretty much as soon as I'm done blinking I go back to swipe... it's really easy to do once you get in the habit of it. Just bind a key to lastinv and use fastswitch... Scripts would only hinder the process =\
Edit: Christ seriously what is wrong with NS? Just because someone is better than you doesn't mean he has OMG SCRIPTS or hacks. I swear there is something wrong with this community...

Its quite possible, just takes some pratice. I'm mearly average in fading (far prefer gorge or lerk) but I can manage to blink/swipe decently well.

You'll get the hang of it eventually.
The reason his bunnyhop looks "exactly the same every time" is because he has practised it and he has developed his own style of bunnyhopping; Every player who can bunnyhop has their own style of starting the hop, and movement during it. It isnt even possible to script bunnyhop strafing, if this is what you are trying to suggest.
prime your brain for learning creativity and fast thinking
similar bhopping may be simply learned movement patterns

SaZe, type hud_fastswitch 1 into your console, and you won't have to click to select a weapon. So now instead of pressing "2" and then clicking to draw your pistol, just press "2" and your pistol will come out automatically. Almost essential, especially for lerking, fading and leap-biting.
