My wip gl, any suggestions on where to put vents and stuff?

    really good model, nice and bulky + blocky <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
    the overall looks of the model is really cool too, i like that the grenades are on the sides, thats a nice touch of difference in my mind.
    about the vents, put them somewhere where the geandes get the punch to fly out of the barrel, so i suppose near the nade holdar on the side.
    give it a shiznak skin too and stuff like that, and make a cool animation. like a really tough animation and release man..

    Wow, that is sexy. Maybe put vents into the side and on top...     This is only the basic shape of the gun, i'm gonna detail it later with vents and stuff. Al drawover the renders and show u where im gonna add intakes and stuff. I will give it a "shiznak" skin but i cant animate so once ive finished the model and skin someone else has to animate it.

    Ps. Blue is the first vent suggestion, and red is teh second.     havent really done much but i thought al make a render and show it neways. havent smoothed grouped it so its just flatshaded views.

    the barrel-end of the the launcher looks a bit plain, might want to make it look more... busy <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    in my imho the handle would look better if you angled it a bit more, gives it the illusion of good ergonomics.

    ok i think its finished, not really sure. Its still a flatshade render so rounder parts will be rounder when smooth grouped.

    Its just an illusion from the renders, its the same grenades as the ones used in ns. I will start skin mapping ti later and start the skin.

    Maybe put a shaped indent in the area above the grip - and maybe some bolts for fun?

    Also, the area below the back most vents could maybe use some more detail, random shapes?
