Was Lmg Changed?

<div class="IPBDescription">it doesn't feel the same. . .</div> I was just playing combat with teh new patch but is it just my mouse or do teh lmg's (haven't tried the HMG yet) have a sorta burst fire style now?

I'm not complaining it just caught me off gaurd when I was getting swarmed by two skulks and it paused and well I died..

again it migth jsut be my laser mouse (I hope not)

    well jsut got back from playing NS_hera and it is deffinately different no doubt about it, it fires 6(guessimate) rounds normal then it takes a pause for a second then fires in quick burst as though it had a heat level (sorta like the fixed mg's in BF42)

    but it's deffinately different I asked a few people in game aswell and they comfirmed it too

    No such thing happens to me

    Perhaps it's a bug that was introduced in beta 4a that only affects certain people.

    Sounds like a cordless mouse that has it's batteries dying. LMG has not changed, and it still fires all 50 bullets on full auto.

    Most likely lag.

    In the 4a changelog they said there could be lag spike problemes

    LMG with bass cranked up is just scary. Feels like a HMG, sounds like a HMG, if only it killed like a HMG.

    Ns_hera. Lag spikes common. Even with the new low-entity changes (sniff... no more eegg,) I still find it's the laggiest map of the classics.     Damn right. Cordless desktops are just too expensive to be worthwhile:

    Pros

    Possibly congestion too. I know that house phones operate on the same frequency as wireless networks, but presumeably the frequency is lower for wireless desktops due to the lower bandwidth required.

    Forced burst fire would be teh uber sux0rz nerf f0r teh lmg. I hate burst fire on any weapon. 'cept once I got like 3 kills in about 9 secs. with the glock in CS on bust fire. two of them were head shots! That was my best starting round on a ma ever! Other than that gun, in lucky situations, i.e. NEVER, I HATE BURST FIRE!!!!!
