    I made a major overhaul to the program and now it's spiffier than ever <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    New Features:
-When you open the window, you automatically select the editbox, so you can type right away.
-You can define your own buttons. w00t!!!!
-When you press enter, the program automatically uses the search defined in the first button.

    Spiffyness run rampant.

Great work. I'm using it regularly.

(and feel special, I used post 1337 for this!)

What were your thoughts on my idea, too much?

I orginally had the same idea, but thought I might run into legal troubles if I didn't display the whole page (web advertisements included).

So I decided to play the lazy card.

    Nice job, make it skinnable!

I also made an icon, tell me what you think!

That feature alone would probably quadruple the development time of this app.

I made another one before that which basically looks like the keyboard key "K".

I worked in 512*512 so if you want the original pngs you can have them too <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->

what'd you use to make those icons ?

I'd love to use the first one, but the fact that it more than triples the executable size is freaking me out.

I wanna eliminate all the 24-bit color versions from the icon file and work with all the paletted ones.

I use Photoshop and IconWorkshop. I can considerably reduce the size of the icon by removing some useless stuff.

I got it down to about 22KB with the alpha channel or about 10KB without them. Actually the bulk of the icon was in the 128*128, 24-bit format.

I personally think you should keep the 24-bit version, cause its just so smooth.
