well, AllesRoger put a stop to it and Offensive's planets were restored.

good thing, i guess, although i dunno how he'll deal with his massive -TB.

How is it handled?

the guy hacked the database and AR still has yet to do anything about it.

he went up +3274 positions in the player rankings to number 1 and up +570 in that one day....

What I mean is they set everything back again. You can't make your database hack proof, you can just make it very, very secure.

IS/offensive decided at some point for other IS/agreeable players to give up to offensive one each of their BEST planets for him to take over. Thus boosting his player level far beyond what would be capable of without having any battles.

Some others feel that is is against the spirit of the game, and feel that hacking or having surrogate alliances are preferable.

I only disagree with this tactic if players outside of the IS alliance gave up planets. But this is just a beta same as if you are testing NS, the beta improves each time and hopefully any "unfair" tactics are made impossible.

I'm level 8 (after Urluberlu's 113 destroyer debacle. Not sure if that'd be high enough for the TA consideration. I'd also want to wait for my 5th planet, since I'm not sure I want to have quite so few ships in case I get attacked when there's a TA in effect.

ahhhh! i took a pretty heft hit to science from my race modifyers, but i do have +56% to culture and PP, and when I purchase myself that MemoryJar2, it will be 66% to PP and 25% to science...... and if I can get another TA going, add another 5-10% to those........ *drools over thinking about a 76%PP bonus........*
