production points in stock get me to: Starbase 9 (not enough for 113 destroyers, which is 226 combat and 113 defense for a CV of 339? [...yea, and those 2 destroyers coming a few minutes early])
and with some additional monetary assitance: Starbase 12 (515 defense itself, I wanted the extra level just in case) Destroyer 5 (maybe for the 2 destroyers...or just to have) I think that's sufficient, how about you guys?
