<div class="IPBDescription">*sigh*</div>I love my NS, Sure I'm not much chop as an alien and probably not fantastic as a marine but whats really saddening is the state of affairs of NS in Australia.

We have very few servers, which in itself isn't a problem because only ever 1 or 2 are full.

My main beef is the GameArena servers (by far the most popular) still run 3.1.3, and no one has been able to give me a clear reason why.

My other beef is the totally unacceptable attitude of alot of the players, we only have a small community and thats kinda nice but the issue I have is all these so called 'pro-gamer' types, I understand some people will play very competitively and whatnot and thats fine but in pub more often than not these people are down right rude.

They eject perfectly able comm's, they insult other players, they make it very difficult for new players to get involved and they frequently 'ragequit'

Australia, pull your bloody head-in.

There are a whole lot of really cool players in Aus (coincidentally most of them aren't in clans...) and its a shame that a few people ruin the game for everyone else.

If you haven't much servers anyway, get/suggest some decent admins who ban the rude people
or get your own server to do so.

They used to be really good a few years ago when I played, and by good I mean friendly, but as NS itself progressed into some lame farce, so too did the players who stuck with it.

acctuly GA servers had 4 3.2 beta servers up for a good two weeks then removed 3 and left one remaining for a extra week

yeah GA doesnt enforce consistancy so you got these claners running around with modifyed Wad files with wall textures semi transparent, most likely fluro orange painted sulks with maybe a modifyed hit box who knows, na i dont know i just know i got shot by a few FEX players far to much the other day

I run the Australian community www.NSPlayer.net - If you want to play 3.2 pug at #NSP-pug on GameSurge. And yeah, most the people who are massive tools in GA servers have actually been banned from NSPlayer because we were sick of their continual banter and hate for everything and everyone. And yeah, they are very rude. The best way to ignore them is to come to our friendly pugs <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />

Disturbed is a great player, but he does miss and when he does you will know about it <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink-fix.gif" />. FEX hardly even play anymore and most competitive players leave everything under consistency legit because in wars and matches consistency is on.
