<div class="IPBDescription">My friend wants to know, I told him no</div>Well yea. he thinks bunny hopping is a exploit and you should just be able to press the space bar to bunny hop so it would be easier. He does not think the devs put it in on purpose.
First off I know its a exploit of the Physics in the engine but the devs totally agree with it and it should be as is. ( I think thats correct someone clear that up lol.)
Well anyways Bhopping should be in because it takes skill and time to practice. And it adds another dimension to NS which im sure everyone likes.
yes, i know this is a stupid post but someone explain to me please thanks.

If you're really good, you can bunnyhop as a marine too. I consider that an exploit, but not everyone agrees with me.

6. What do you think of the general HL exploits still evident in NS (for example bunnyhopping) and do you think they should be kept in the game?
This is a difficult topic to discuss because everyone has a different definition of what an exploit is. Bunnyhopping is not an exploit, it is part of the game by design and will continue to be for the lifetime of NS on the Half-Life engine. Although no decisions have been made on source player movement, I personally would like to see some skill based movement acceleration for skulks implemented in a way that is easier to learn and less FPS dependent. We have fixed a number of exploits in 3.2, but mainly NS specific exploits such as silent structure placement.
