I think map makers could handle this issue just as well as the developers if given the right tools. I'm thinking either provide some way to hard code an end game sequence where the teams can view what happens through the "camera" entities, or provide trigger entities for the map's end based on which team wins.
I'm sure it could get creative.

I'm asking for a tool. I'm sure there are many possible applications, some more or less frivolus than others.
You don't have to play the maps that annoy you with thier end-game triggers any more than you have to play jump maps or whatever those are called.
Don't expect anything breathtaking though. Or expect people to enjoy alien corpses getting jettisoned out of an airlock for the umpteenth time on nancy or something.
