Adminmod Problems

<div class="IPBDescription">Certain commands wont work correctly.</div> When you are in observer mode adminmod commands that print text such as admin_chat admin_say admin_csay ect will not show up on your screen, you hear the tone which indicates that it has been posted, but for some reason NS renders it invisible.
