I don't know if shooting dandruff at the enemy would be as fun in real life as it was in your dream. Any disorienting effects, like blur or something, are also dangerous. Nobody likes to play a game where all the marines run around with guns that make it impossible for you to see every time they shoot you.

i think a gas grenade releases gas that moves as aliens pass through it to detect invisbles would be much better,

plus id rather be holding a gun which will be killing the alien <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />
