(I'm aware that I forgot to adjust the gamma in the screenshots - will correct them by tomorrow. The reason being that the brightness of my LCD is quite high, so I didn't notice that I'd forgotten to do it. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" /> )
Those of you who were on the forums in 2004 will remember the first version of this map. It sucked big time, so I totally recreated it. Hopefully it's a lot better, even if it's far from perfect (if it can ever be perfect).
I've attempted to make a map that's both playable and that challenges the NS mapping rules - if I can achieve both, I'll be quite happy.
Any forms of constructive criticism will be most welcome - if I don't know what's wrong with it, I can't improve it. It may take some time to do (real life gets in my way a lot), but it should be done. The one known complaint that I've already received is that the map layout is a bit too extensive and complex, but once you've learned the map, you should (hopefully) be fine.

Sry im not gonna take a run through you map cause my lcd really sucks <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />.
Imo your lighnting looks cool but it doesnt look good if you use stripe like textures like on scrennshot 1 and 2 as ceiling. The wall texture on the 2nd pic is also repeating, you should breat the wall up and play a bit with textures there.

I actually was playing around with the idea of remaking the marine start area the other day. So guess what I'll do when I next have some free time? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />

The more maps, the better for my server! I've also added a mirror for this map, plus I've also adjusted the screen shot's gamma so they are more viewable now.

Cool. If you can get people playing it, that would be great, as I'd really like to know how well (or not) it plays.
