There currently are no online-enabled Wii games out, but you can send messages and Mii's to other Wii's with he Wiicode.

Freak-you do know that the Wii only does wireless internet right?(unless you could hook something up to those USB ports) You need either a wireless router or the Nintendo Wifi adapter that plugs into your computer.
