upgraded armory

basicly when upgrading an armory you can either a) up grade both heavy weapons and proto tech, b)just heavy weapons, or c) just proto tech

a) upgrading both tech trees requires 30 res, 3 min time limit
b) upgrading just heavy weapons requires 40 res, 2 min
c) upgrading just prototech requires 40 res, 2 min

reasoning: buying both saves the commander res, but buying individually makes for quicker guns or proto tech for differnent strats in ns.

this might balance out alien lifeforms with more guns (fire power) to make them easier to kill, plus allows differnent strats for the marines (jp rushing)

WAY too expensive with the current NS resflow system. Maybe if it's drastically changed in NS2, and then again the numbers would have to be reviewed based on how the resflow works in NS2.
