I actually got to see them present this in person, but it was at a different location than the one videotaped (different people onstage, the two main hosts of the show + just 1 interviewer.)
They actually did air most of the show, it's the cut-out segments they're displaying on their tour. Specifically it's the testing of the two theories "Can you use a lighter to turn flatulence into a flamethrower-like burst?" and "Is it true that pretty girls don't fart?"
The first several minutes there you see them talking about the pocket they've made in a pair of underwear. That's to fit a microphone and a methane measuring device. The female co-host of the show either volunteered or was drafted to test it. The methane measuring device was found to be too inaccurate to draw a conclusion (its alarm went off multiple times when she was just holding it in her hand away from her body). She still made it clear that women are human, humans do flatulate, and therefore women flatulate.
In the second half, the redheaded host uses a chair with homemade raised footrests, like those you'd find in a gynecologist's office. Yes, he does successfully light his flatus on fire. Despite it having to travel through thick jeans. And yes, it may be the first time such an attempt was ever recorded on a high-speed camera for slow-motion viewing.
This part of the presentation was the 2nd most well-received part of their appearance. The part everyone loved even more was the Q&A afterwards, in which they gave out a few spoilers about this new season.
Best $7 I've ever spent on a ticket to that auditorium...
YouTube has another fart lighting video somewhere, saw it in the related videos area. The fireball from the fart is larger in that video but at the expense of having to look at some guy in his underwear with his legs raised in the air. Most disturbing.
